All items in an order containing an Advent Calendar pre-order will be dispatched together. If you need other items sooner or as Christmas gifts, please order these separately to your Advent Calendars.

If you order contains other items + a pre-order item, your order will be shipped together on the date chosen by you on the item. If you require other items sooner, please order these separately.

If your order contains items with different dispatch dates, all your order will be shipped on the latest despatch date selected in any of the items.

If your order "Almost Perfect" items with pre-orders, please ensure that they are within the expiry date when your order is delivered. If the "Almost Perfect" item is not within the expiry date, the item will be cancelled and the amount refunded. If your order does not qualify for free shipping (£50.00), the shipping fee will by charged before the release of the order.
