Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damage or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non returnables

Salt & Sugar won't refund or send a replacement if the wrong shipping address was provided.
Refunds
You will only be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take up to 14 days for the refund to be completed.
